THE Alliance For Change (AFC) indicated, via a press statement yesterday, that it has been spreading Christmas cheer to children in various communities.
On December 16, the AFC said it hosted a children’s Christmas party at the St. Stanislaus College for children of the Sophia and Wortmanville areas. On December 18, there was a party for children on the East Coast and on December 19 the party was at Agricola
The AFC said that, for this weekend, there will be parties for children at Soesdyke and Timehri.
The political party noted that, at all the parties, the children are treated to Christmas goodies and they leave with a gift and a bag of more goodies.
“While the AFC would have liked to reach out to children all across the country, it is grateful for the opportunities to reach those it did. For the AFC, the Children’s Christmas parties provided the opportunity to mingle with the most precious in our society,” the party stated.
AFC said the parties were made possible through the kind support of a number of individuals and businesses both locally and abroad.
