October Demerara Criminal Session in further trouble

THE October criminal session in Demerara, which is being operated by a lone judge after the other judge had proceeded on leave, fell into further trouble yesterday afternoon when   sessions had to be adjourned to Thursday, October 18, 2012 following the news that a close relative of that judge had died suddenly. Madam Justice Diana Insanally had to adjourn to next week Thursday the trial of Cyon Collier, called ‘Picture Boy’, for double-murder.
