ANDREW Webster, 20, of Lot 665 East Ruimveldt, Georgetown, appeared before Magistrate Hazel Octive-Hamilton yesterday, charged with throwing missiles.
He pleaded not guilty to the offence, particulars of which stated that he did so, on June 11, to the annoyance of Elena Peters. Police Corporal Simone Payne, prosecuting, had no objection to bail, but requested that both defendant and virtual complainant, who are neighbours, have nothing to say to each other.
The virtual complainant told the court that the defendant damaged her things and he also injured her son when he threw the objects.
The magistrate informed the virtual complainant that she only has one charge against the defendant and ordered the prosecutor to further investigate the matter and proffer more charges, if necessary.
Meantime, Webster was granted $10,000 bail until July 24.
