THE outcomes and directions of national interest being articulated in foreign countries, capitals and Guyana’s contributions to international relations will be discussed and examined when Heads of Guyana’s Missions and Foreign Service meet in Guyana. Head of the Presidential Secretariat, Dr. Roger Luncheon said the exercise will be held from July 9 to 13 at the Guyana International Conference Centre (GICC), Liliendaal.
“During the week-long proceedings, the diplomats and the heads from across the globe will be engaged in in-depth engagements with the administration and stakeholders where focus will be placed on the examination of the outcomes of national interest being sought in foreign countries and, as usual Guyana’s contribution to international relations,” the HPS said.
The opening session tomorrow will be addressed by President Donald Ramotar after which the business sessions will continue for three days. This will be followed by a wrap-up session with Cabinet Ministers, on July 13.
