GUYANA Water Inc. (GWI) said, yesterday, that, due to operational difficulties at the Shelter Belt Water Treatment Facility, Vlissengen Road and Church Street, in Georgetown, customers in sections of the city are experiencing reduced quality. The utility, regretting any inconvenience caused, said its teams are working to restore normal service in the swiftest manner possible.
