BEVERAGE distribution giant Ansa McAl Trading Limited (AMTL) has once again come on board with its Lucozade brand to support the Guyana Squash Team who are headed to this year’s Caribbean Junior Squash Championships scheduled to be held in Jamaica from July 20 to 26. Brand Representative for Lucozade, Sean Abel, said that the members of the Guyana Squash Association (GSA) have continued to show that they are outstanding athletes who strive to be the best and Lucozade is happy to assist them in maintaining their “champions” status.
Manager of the Guyana team and former national and Caribbean champion, Garfield Wiltshire, said that his squad is currently hard at training in preparation to defend the three titles that the Team won when these Championships were held in Guyana last year.
He added that the team which is made up of 11 boys and nine girls, will be using Lucozade during and after these training sessions to provide the necessary hydration which is essential for the well being of these athletes.
