Noble House Seafoods on board with Golden Jaguars

SPORTS Organiser of Noble House Seafoods, Patrick Corlette, yesterday made a monetary donation on behalf of his company to the captain of the Golden Jaguars football Chris Nurse at a simple ceremony at the Guyana National Stadium, Providence. The team, which is currently preparing for their home match against Costa Rica tonight at the Guyana National Stadium, was presented with the timely donation which will go directly to the team for their performance against the `Mighty’ Mexico last Friday night in Mexico City.
Corlette, in presenting the cash to skipper Nurse, indicated that this is a contribution from Noble House Seafood’s Limited for the team’s sterling performance against Mexico, where a surprise performance was displayed against a football powerhouse.
Corlette said the donation is a part of the company’s policy to support sports in Guyana and now, after the creditable performance from our national footballers, he is wishing them success in the future matches ahead.
Nurse, on receiving the cash, expressed thanks to Corlette on behalf of his team, the Golden Jaguars, and commended the Noble House Seafoods  for coming on board with this timely donation which is much needed to boost the players as we get ready for tonight’s match against Costa Rica.
President (Ag) Frankie Wilson also expressed thanks to the company for its donation and encouraged corporate Guyana to continue to support our Golden Jaguars.
