-after crashing car
A couple of days ago, the media went agog with the story about Nollywood actor Emeka Ike’s 4-year-old son’s foray into driving…and how the little boy crashed the car into a shop. According to the story making rounds:
Emeka’s wife had left the key in the ignition and had hurried into a shop to pick one or two things, and before she returned, her 4-year-old son, who was waiting for his mom in the car, had turned on the ignition and the car started moving. The stories had it that he first hit one car before crashing into a shop.
We contacted Emeka to confirm the story, and confirming that it actually happened, he told Delia Innoma (Live Online With Delia):
“Jason strolled behind his mother into the unlocked Taureg, started and engaged the auto drive on a sloppy lane…the rest is story. Thank God for our guiding Angels. The four year-old boy is hail and healthy. This God self …thank God no one is hurt.  We have fixed the car and other things.”
We thank God that the little boy is hail and healthy.
