DEN Amstel Football Club will this weekend defend their title when they come up against Ann’s Grove Line Star in a triple-header opener of the 2012 edition of the Easter Weekend Super 4 Football tournament, which will be played at the Den Amstel Community Centre ground on Saturday from 14:00hrs. The second match will see at 16:00hrs Stewartville clash with Seawall and at 18:00hrs Netrockers take on  Uitvlugt.
The two teams with the most goals will proceed to the final while the next best will play for third place plate trophy.
At stake will be over $100 000 in cash and other individual prizes. Den Amstel won the tournament in 2010 and 2011 and will be looking to do so again.
