NOW that the Alliance For Change (AFC has been placed at the centre pillar of Guyana’s political scale, we have now reached another flank in the turning gears of our political history.
At this point, it is most welcome to learn from Honourable Mr. Khemraj Ramjattan, who is current head of the AFC, has stated that his Alliance has undertaken to push for investigation, prosecution and subsequent jailing of corrupt public and government officials found guilty of corrupt practices and financial irregularities.
Would the Hon. Mr Khemraj Ramjattan, being an eminent Attorney-at-Law ,also say that he will take similar steps to deal with the barefaced crooks in our supposedly justice system in the judiciary, the legal profession and the Deeds Registry?
Mr. Ramjattan’s outpouring would only be deemed just another blah blah, unless he honestly declares that institutions such as the Judicial Service Commission and the Legal Practitioners’ Committee are all part of fake exhibits manned by members of the same fraternity to shield their transgressors.
Guyana is bawling for justice and fairplay so that we can all spend our relatively short lives in love and togetherness.
