AS the Green Flags of Muammar Gaddafi, former army ‘strongman’ and despot are torn down in Libya, similar flags are appearing on the lamp posts of Guyana above the picture of another army ‘strongman’.  The symbolism of this display should not be lost on those of us who value freedom!
