NORMAN Holder, of 6 James Street, Albouystown, Georgetown, has been charged with causing death by dangerous driving, following investigations into a fatal accident that occurred on April 4, 2011, at Barr Street, Kitty, Georgetown, which resulted in the death of a pedestrian.
As a consequence, his driver’s licence has been suspended pending the outcome of the matter.
