THREE men were arrested and are in custody after police found an unlicensed gun and ammunition on Monday at Eccles, East Bank Demerara.
A police report said it was about 22:00 hrs when ranks on mobile patrol stopped motor car HB 5445 on Eccles Public Road and a search of the vehicle yielded the .32 Taurus revolver and seven matching rounds.
The hire car has been impounded as well, while the investigations continue.
