REGION Three Chairman Mr. Julius Faerber about a month ago announced at a press conference at NCN Studios that 18 roads in his region will be rebuilt or repaired. However, to date there has not been any indication of whether contracts for these works have been signed and how soon the works will begin.
In the meantime, the roads have worsened and by the time work begins the estimated cost may increase significantly.
