NM&FW join forces with Team Xtreme

NEXUS Machinery and Fabrication Workshop (NM&FW) yesterday became the first corporate entity to join forces with the recently formed Team Xtreme, handing over a cheque for the sum of $2M to manager of the team Navean Seereeram at the home of Gavin Guyadin. Prior to the handing-over of the cheque, 11-year-old Farzana Mohamed, daughter of Haniff Mohamed said NM&FW was extremely pleased to be associated with a racing team of the calibre of Team Xtreme whose members are brothers Gavin and Ryan Guyadin, motorcyclist Andy Rajkarran and go-cart driver Nikhail Seereeram.
“Nexus Machinery and Fabrication Workshop is extremely pleased to be associated with a racing team of the calibre of Team Xtreme. Since our founding in 2002, Nexus Machinery has been offering the best services in general machinery work in the mining, agriculture and fishing sectors.
“It is in keeping with our goal to deliver the best that our company has decided to partner with Team Xtreme.
“We have observed that Team Xtreme is made up of young, committed and clean-living gentlemen and we are confident that they will become a racing phenomenon in the near future and with that, we are happy to become their first sponsor and wish them all the best.”
In his thank-you speech, Gavin Guyadin expressed heartfelt thanks to NM&FW for their worthy contribution, while stating that his engine and gearbox were put together by the NM&FW, in preparation for his trip to Jamaica later this year.
According to managing director of the Friendship, East Bank Demerara-located NM&FW, Haniff Mohamed, his company’s sponsorship will continue for as long as possible, as he is heartened by the characters of the various group members, whom he described as competent drivers and riders.
