ON September 25, 2010 a young woman Letucia Rodridgues- also known as Mama was stabbed which led to her fatality. Two individuals (Alexis Richardson also known as Lexi and Gladstone George also known as Brother) were fingered as suspects. To date neither of these two has been arrested. To the best of my knowledge Alexis Richardson is said to be living in Cayenne, but her alleged accomplice (Gladstone George is very much seen in Brutus Street at a building which once housed a pharmacy (Kamar Pharmacy).
His grandfather lives there and owns this building. His name is Herbert King.
Gladstone George’s mother is Orla Lambert and she lives at 154 Titus St, Agricola.
This suspect (Gladstone George) was once charged for murder in the 1990’s and was released from prison in 2001. He frequents the Stabroek Park and the Leopold and Cross Streets area mostly in the nights. He is also a known chain snatcher.
This young man boasts of having a strap (gun) and of having buoy in his body which he inserted in his body when he used to live in Cayenne. He claims that if the police shoot him it is a waste of time because the buoy will protect him.
The police and prison authorities ought to know this man because he was incarcerated in the Georgetown Prisons in the 1990’s until 2001- 2002.
