Chinese Ambassador, Yu Wenzhe, yesterday met with the Editor-in-Chief and Senior Managers of the Guyana Chronicle during a ‘courtesy visit’ to the Guyana National Newspapers Limited (GNNL) at the company’s Lama Avenue, Bel Air, Georgetown location.

Following a meeting with Managers, Ambassador Wenzhe was given a tour of the company, including a first-hand look at the Press. He also interacted with members of Chronicle’s Newsroom and other staffers.

The Board of Directors, Management and Staff of GNNL would like to thank Ambassador Wenzhe for his visit, and to wish him well during his stint as China’s Ambassador to Guyana, and during his stay in this beautiful country of ours.
