ERROL King (no address given) was yesterday remanded to prison, by Magistrate Hazel Octive-Hamilton, on a charge of unlawful possession of a firearm.
He pleaded not guilty to the offence, particulars of which said, last August 22, he had a 12-gauge shotgun while not being the holder of a licence for it.
Police Sergeant Gordon Mansfield, prosecuting, successfully objected to bail for the defendant and requested a date for report.
King has to be back in Court on November 24.
