Court will only address matters therein

I refer to the KN 26/07/10 edition article “Mr. Jagdeo will be on that stand for weeks.”
Mr. Kissoon goes on ranting and raving on his impending court matter.
He stated quite clearly the following: “The first word that came out of the mouth of my lawyer is that he will summon Mr. Jagdeo to the witness box.” Mr. Kissoon you just do not get it…Where else would the spoken word come from if not from the mouth?
He stated the following also: “I will subpoena documents from the Cabinet and from meetings of the PPP’s executive committee.”  I doubt that your learned lawyers have advised you that you can do this. They know the law more than you, Mr. Kissoon, and you can imagine that you can subpoena any better body and or organisation, you feel like. The court does and will not allow you to use its’ body and services for all your nonsensicalities. There is no requirement that they will have to tolerate your nonsense and illusion. I refer to the recent case of Sharma vs. the Government of Guyana where Justice Ramlall indicated that Mr. Sharma’s case had no merit and alluded that it was a frustration of process.
This is the same way your defence will be viewed by the court. I will guarantee you that you will lose this matter and you can stamp your feet to the highest appeal court and you will lose there too. You have no leg to stand on. All your pro-bono lawyers are wasting their time in fighting a losing matter. If you had to pay for legal counsel you would not rant and rave like this, but you feel that you can fight your case successfully in the media, the one you are working for. You have to come to the realisation, that you are no Martin Luther King or Gandhi. Your past is so tainted that no one in his or her real mind takes you seriously.
Mr. Kissoon I urge you to read the contents of the action that has been filed against you and your editor. The court will only address those matters that have been mentioned therein and will not tolerate any reference(s) outside of those parameters. That is how the law is applied, Mr. Kissoon.
Furthermore, you are no human rights activist. You incite hatred and riots and have been successfully hiding behind want-to-be politicians. I have never seen you with a placard in your hands demonstrating. Why?
