PLEASE permit me to express disappointment and surprise at the poor customer service meted out to me at Giftland Officemax. Kindly understand why I’m complaining. I purchased five DVDs two out of five are poor quality in sound- movies Rambo one & two. When I went back the next day I heard the from the customer service representative that the policy of the company is that they do not take back DVDs or exchange them. I felt demoralised by the management of Giftland Officemax.
