Suffering because of somebody else’s fault

I want to ask you to please assist me one more time on my story which you published on Saturday March 13, 2010.
Sir, it seems to me that there is nobody or no where I can get justice. I went to the Legal Aid Clinic and the Lawyer said that she can’t handle my case because my matter is more than $500,000 so I have to consult a private lawyer.

Sir, I went to five other lawyers and all they are saying to me is that my matter has finished three years and it can’t go back to the court. Where is justice in this country for poor people like me? Sir, I want to say that all these people contributed for me to be robbed of my money, house and mini bus BGG 6978.
I did apply to the then Minister of Housing and Water Mr. Shaik Baksh for transfer of the Lot 299 Zeelugt, East Bank Essequibo to my nephew on February 21, 2001 and the Minister approved on August 24th, 2001. He also told me to pay $262,000 as a penalty fee also. I have a receipt to prove.
I also paid off all taxes to the date. I also paid $72,000 for my transport which I did not receive. Sir, instead the Minister gave me my transport and let me transfer the property to my nephew, he gave the transport directly to my nephew.
My brother known as Paul sent his son known as Junior with a blank cheque to pay IPED $2 million when the money was $2,400,000 on November 11, 2003. I went with Junior to IPED office. Sir she refused to accept the $2 million and write off the $400,000. Paul’s son took back the cheque. I want to ask the public is it my fault? Why should I suffer for somebody else’s fault?
IPED took me to court on the 23-11, 2005 and when I went to IPED office in Georgetown with wife; we called Paul on the phone to come with us to settle the account with IPED. He said “who the s… owes IPED, not me, you owe IPED. You go and pay I don’t have no f…ing money for you.”
I was afraid to go in the court and the matter was called and the Judge Mr. Winston Paterson placed an order to cease whatever assets I own. Is that fair? I worked and paid Akbar Auto Sales for three and a half years $30,000 per month for my mini bus which had nothing to do with IPED. The court and IPED officer came and seized it (where is justice) why did the judge and IPED did not seize the property which I did pledge to take the loan on.
There is no justice for me or other poor people. Sir all the lawyers I have consulted keep telling me this matter can’t go back to court for what reason I don’t know.
I am asking the Honourable President of the Republic of Guyana Dr Bharrat Jagdeo and the Minister of Legal Affairs to please change this law for me and maybe others with similar problems.  I do think the law makers can change this law where a matter can’t go back to court after three years. I am kindly asking the public and the court to please sieze this property at 299 Zeelugt Public Road until I have been given my money that my brother  and his son due to me and stop telling the lawyers and the public that you don’t owe me $4,400, total amount with the mini bus that was being seized. I want to pay IPED and the government taxes.
I need justice.
