On New Year’s Day, 2010, Republic Bank (Guyana) Limited honoured first-born babies in Berbice, Essequibo, Georgetown and Linden.
Each first-born received a visit from representatives of Republic Bank and RightStart Accounts will be established for each of the infants with a starting balance of $20,000. The mothers also each received a RightStart Baby Care Hamper, valued at approximately $30,000.
