BIG COAT Kissoon has always projected himself as a patriotic Guyanese and I never doubted his claim. However, the recent fire which destroyed the Ministry of Health
gave me second thoughts about his patriotism because I am somewhat surprised that he did not use his BIG COAT to help douse the fire and today that disaster would been avoided thereby saving the loss of billions of dollars.
