Murder case involving Kazim Mohamed likely to take new twist

JUSTICE James Bovell-Drakes will preside at the murder trial of Kazim Mohamed who is indicted for the killing of Nazim Mohamed on January 16, 2005.

Attorney-at-Law, Mr. Peter Hugh, has been retained by the state to represent the accused, while Miss Deonne Mc Cammon is prosecuting.

Reports state that the case is likely to take a new twist next Tuesday because Kazim Mohamed is expected to change his earlier not guilty plea. He appeared in court on Tuesday last.
