THE local Pizza Hut franchise has officially opened its third outlet in Guyana. Last Friday, at the Giftland Mall at Turkeyen, ECD, the Pizza Hut Express, which employs 30 persons, was officially opened to the public.

Speaking to reporters at the event, Managing Director Navin Singh said the franchise is pleased to open its Express location to patrons of the Giftland Mall. He related that this outlet reduces the waiting time for pizzas and facilitates ease of access to customers on the East Coast Demerara corridor.

He also disclosed that the franchise is looking for viable locations on the East Bank and West Coast Demerara corridors, but feasibility studies would have to be done.

He said the Giftland Mall is the ideal location for an outlet, because it serves as the central hub for many who frequent the mall, and the age range of customers is from 14 to 75 years old.

Singh noted that the Pizza Hut Express has a very innovative and interactive online ordering system: www.pizzahutguyana.com ,and has had more than 1,000 orders so far since opening for business a week ago.

He said prices are the same as obtain at the other two outlets, and the franchise has received excellent feedback in regard to its newest opening.
