HUGH Cort, 43, of Lot 6847 South Ruimveldt Park, appeared before Magistrate Leron Daley yesterday, on a break and enter and larceny charge.

He pleaded not guilty to the offence, particulars of which said, last February 16, he broke and entered the home of Shacklyn Edwards and stole four tins of paint valued $20,000.
There was no objection to bail, which was fixed at $60,000 and the case will be called, again, on March 7.
