As voir dire continues in Ogle 4-man murder

No. 3 accused calls No. 1 accused as his witness
The  hearing began a few weeks ago with the smaller trial in the absence of the jury to determine  the admissibility of four alleged caution statements, attributed to four accused.
So far the prosecution has closed its case in relation to two of the voir dires. The defence is continuing its case in relation to No. 3 accused.
In the dock are accused Christopher Dhanrad also known as Paul  Jagnandan, Azim Khan, Vijay Rajkumar called Eon, and Kumar Seeraj nicknamed ‘Boysie, all indicted for the unlawful  killing of Teddy Smith on October 24, 2004.
The accused, all 17 years old, are represented by Mr. Hukumchand, for Khan, Miss Kamini Parag for Rajkumar, Mr. Euclin Gomes for Jagnandan, and Mr. Adrian Thompson  for Seeraj.
Leading State Prosecutor  Mr. Ganesh Hira, is associated with Ms. Latchmie Rahamat  and Ms. Rhondel Weever, for the prosecution.
