THE lifeless body of 76-year-old pensioner, Sukdeo Persaud of Cotton Field Village on the Essequibo Coast, was found early Tuesday morning hanging from a beam in a shed aback of his house.Reports say the self-employed father of two, who was in the habit of saying he was fed up with life, apparently committed suicide. The gruesome discovery was made by his son.

Daughter, Devika, said her father had attempted to hang himself before, but had been unsuccessful.
The police was called in, and they cut down and removed the body to the Suddie mortuary.
