Two Georgetown men have been jointly charged with two counts of simple larceny and each granted $175,000 bail after appearing before the Georgetown Magistrates’ Court.
Charged are 42-year-old Canter driver Samuel Duncan, of Durban Backlands, East La Penitence, and 53-year-old businessman Warren Stuffler, also known as “Bage”, of Festival City.

The men were jointly charged with two counts of simple larceny, contrary to Section 164 of the Criminal Law (Offences) Act, Chapter 8:01.
Duncan and Stuffler were arrested on Wednesday, July 22, 2026, and charged on Friday, July 24.
They appeared before Senior Magistrate Leron Daly, where the charges were read to them. Both pleaded not guilty.
They were each granted bail in the sum of $175,000.
The matter was adjourned until August 20, 2026.
