ON Friday last, Acting Chief Justice, Mr. Ian Chang, S. C., granted bail totalling $2.390, 000, to six   criminal offenders, pending the hearing of  their cases.

Following are the offences, offenders, and the amount of bail granted:-
Possession of narcotics – Adrian Griffith allowed bail in the sum of $240, 000. 00; Oswald Lawson – $300, 000.00; Brian Malthenos – $850,000. 00;  Causing death by dangerous driving – Seurajh Ram – $350, 000.00; Possession of ammunition –  Nean Howard – $350, 000.00; Accessory after the fact of murder – Jerome Success – $300, 000.00,  making a grand total of $2, 390, 000.00.
