KEIFER Rose, 17, of lot 79 Goedverwagting, East Coast Demerara, was brought before Magistrate Alex Moore on Monday 10th June at the Sparendam Magistrate’s Court, to answer to the charge of possession of narcotics for the purpose of trafficking. Particulars of the charge stated that Rose, on Friday 2nd June at Plaisance, had in his possession 28 grams of cannabis for the purpose of trafficking. He pleaded not guilty to the charge.
Magistrate Moore subsequently granted the teenager his pre-trial liberty and released him $100,000 bail.
The matter was adjourned to 12th August 2013.
