THE Guyana Olympic Association (GOA) in observance of International Olympic Day will be hosting its annual Jog/Walk and 10km Team Run next Sunday June 23, from 06:00hrs outside YMCA on Thomas Lands.

The Jog/Walk is not a race and is open to all persons ten (10) years and older and entry is free.
However, the 10km Team Run comprises of two females and four males and they must complete the course in order to obtain the points for the team. Each association, club or school can enter a maximum of two teams.
The prizes for the Team run are first – $60 000, second – $42 000 and third – $30 000.
Persons participating in this event will receive a T-Shirt and an IOC Certificate.
Completed entry forms should be returned to Olympic House, 76 High Street, Kingston, no later than 16:00 hrs on Wednesday June 19. No entries would be accepted for the team run after the closing date.
