PATHOLOGIST Dr. Nehaul Singh testified at the Better Hope murder trial last week and pointed out that the death of Nazir Ali on August 21, 2007 was due to multiple gun shot injuries. Mortimer Melville called ‘Dellon’ and Jevon Ismond are indicted for murder committed on Nazir Ali.
The prosecutors Ms. Renita Singh and Ms. Diana Kowlessar told the mixed jury: “In this case unlike many cases there is direct evidence. Members of the jury  you will have  the benefit  of an  eye witness the sister of the deceased  who will come to tell you what she saw  that night  and who she saw  and how  she was able to see  the persons who murdered her brother that night.”
Mr. Huckumchand is representing the accused Mortimer Melville, while Mr. Compton Richardson is appearing for Jevon Ismond.
