A PHOTOGRAPHER yesterday appeared before Magistrate Hazel Octive-Hamilton on a robbery with aggravation charge. Ryan Carter, 17, of 575 Diamond Housing Scheme, East Bank Demerara, was not required to plead to the indictable charge, which stated that on July 14, being together with another person, he robbed Linda Davidson of one Blackberry phone valued $150,000.
The prosecution had no objection and the accused was placed on $100,000 bail. The matter will be called again on October 12.
