EON Richard Archer was yesterday not required to plead to the indictable charge of break-and-enter and larceny when he appeared before Georgetown Magistrate Hazel Octive Hamilton. The charge is that, between August 4 and 6, he broke and entered the business place of Lolita Wong and stole a quantity of clothing valued at $320,000.
Police Inspector Burgett Grant, prosecuting, did not object to bail, but requested that same be in a substantial amount.
The defendant was granted bail in the sum of $150,000. and the matter will be called again on September 26.
