DONALD Clarke (no address given) allegedly attempted to commit a felony on June 18 last, when he tried to break and enter the dwelling place of Rudolph Joaquin with intent to steal. Appearing before acting Chief Magistrate Priya Sewnarine-Beharry yesterday in that Georgetown Magistrate’s Court, Clarke was not required to plead to the indictable matter.
The police prosecutor, Sergeant Phillip Sheriff, successfully requested that Clarke be refused bail; and he was remanded to prison to next appear in court on July 5.
