SECURITY GUARD Faye Phillips, 48, was yesterday granted $10,000 bail after she pleaded not guilty to assaulting Paula Cummings on June 1 at the East La Penitence Night Shelter in Georgetown. Police Corporal Simone Payne, prosecuting, had no objection to Georgetown Magistrate Hazel Octive Hamilton granting the woman bail on the common assault charge.
Phillips was asked to return to court on June 11.
