The annual Easter weekend bashment, ‘Magnum Xplosion’ has returned to Guyana’s soils and is slated for April 12, 2020, at the National Park.
Named after ‘Magnum tonic wine’ Magnum Xplosion was a brand initiative, to promote the wine across the Caribbean. It started in Jamaica and rippled across many different Caribbean countries, and landed in Guyana in 2018, and featured some of the biggest names in dancehall and Soca, including Aidonia, Bunji Garlin, Fay Ann Lyons and Ding Dong.
The mega concert initiative was geared at promoting Magnum tonic wine, using the dancehall platform. And the intention is to promote the wine in Guyana, as the leading brand for dancehall.
The success of last two years caused the return this year, with an even more attractive line up and other exciting events leading up to the show.
