POLICE yesterday reported that, at about 19:30 hrs on Monday night, Wayne St. Hill, 31 years of Castello H/S, Georgetown, was shot and injured to his chest and right thigh by a man armed with a handgun. At the time of the incident, St. Hill was having a motor vehicle cleaned at a wash bay at Mandela Avenue, Georgetown.
Police said the armed man escaped on foot after the shooting.
Investigations are in progress.
