THE Government Information Agency (GINA) has indicated that its website www.gina.gov.gy has again been hacked.
GINA said the hacker is claiming the identification of ‘Slash Hacker’ and ‘Islam above all else’. In November 2010, the site was hacked and again in January 2011, and the agency had reported it to the police.
Head of the Presidential Secretariat Dr. Roger Luncheon last year had condemned the actions of persons hacking into the websites of the Office of the President and GINA.
The Agency said it will continue to issue its bulletins and media advisories via its e-mails, gina@gina.gov.gy and ginagovgy@gmail.com.
