A MOTORCYCLIST on a CBR bike died following an accident on the Plantain Walk road leading to Blairmont Estate at Blairmont, West Bank Berbice on Friday afternoon.
Details about the accident are sketchy. The dead man has been identified as Roy aka ‘Wiley’, aged 37 of Panday Street, Bath Settlement, and was identified as the proprietor of Troys Taxi Service located at Bennett Dam Rosignol.

Reports suggested that the man was riding the motorcycle along Plantain Walk road around 17:15hrs when he collided with a motor car. He was picked up in an unconscious state and taken to the Fort Wellington Hospital where he was pronounced dead on arrival.
