APNU’s selective call for the boycott of certain businesses is a true reflection of the partisanship of its leaders who are all PNC/R make-overs. The PNC has never had the interest of all Guyanese at heart. We saw what played out during the time when it was in power when it was goodies for its leaders, friends and family. David Granger has been a PNC member for the past 40 years and he is now at the helm of APNU which is a collection of geriatrics and majority PNCites.
Could you imagine Guyana, if Guyanese had entrusted APNU with the mandate to lead? Many would be trampled as, stripped of the rights and freedoms we enjoy today, businesses would have been victimized, especially those that developed under the PPP/C and the litany of woes would be unlimited.
If APNU as an opposition does not imbue in Guyanese the confidence to be able to lead in an important manner, then could you imagine if they even get to govern how disastrous it would be?
Guyanese today still enjoy freedom and rights and there is no better alternative than the PPP/C itself.
