The names of five lucky winners who had shopped at Shell service stations across the country were drawn yesterday in the first ‘Wish n Win with Shell’ promotion held at the Shell service station on Camp Street, North Cummingsburg. They are first prize winner Gordon McDonald of Anira Street Queenstown; second prize winner Raymond Adams of North Road, Bourda; third place winner Akash Seepersaud of Middle Street, Cummingsburg; fourth place winner Carey Dow of Bougainvillea Drive, Prashad Nagar; and fifth place winner Rosetta Paul of Corentyne, East Berbice.
Winners in this Shell promotion will get the opportunity of owning one flat screen television set, one living room suite, one home stereo system, one motorcycle, one BBQ grill, one brush cutter, one camcorder, one Blackberry cell phone, one I-Pod, one laptop, one boutique gift voucher, and a weekend trip for two to Baganara Island Resort.
To enter the promotion, customers simply have to spend $3,000 on Shell ‘V’ power gasoline  to collect and correctly complete the entry form  before depositing same into the entry box located at the Shell service station.
Additionally, there will be four fortnightly draws that will each enable two persons to win $50,000 worth of Shell ‘V’ power gasoline.
SOL Guyana Inc says that this in an attempt to add variety to promotions being offered by its service stations. The ‘Wish and Win with Shell’ promotion started last Thursday.
