POLICE, on Monday night at Number 50 Village, Corentyne, Berbice, recovered a motor car which was stolen during a robbery in the city the same day.
Three men were arrested and are in custody assisting with investigations into the recovery at a house.
The blue AT 212 Toyota Carina, with number plate PKK 3384, was forcibly taken from taxi driver Lyndon Harris, of Campbellville, on July 13, in Pike Street, Kitty, also in Georgetown, by five men, one of whom was armed with an ice-pick.
Meanwhile, a man and a woman were held, following the discovery of ammunition and a quantity of cannabis (marijuana) in a house at Washington, West Coast Berbice, on Tuesday.
Police said, at about 10:00 h, ranks found the narcotic and four .32 rounds.
