Survival Supermarket donates to TB programme

HOLDING true to a  promise made some months ago, the Survival Supermarket yesterday donated the first 150 cups of soup to the National Tuberculosis Programme. The company plans to make the donations a bi-monthly contribution as they “enable the less fortunate to have a meal, a requirement when taking medications as part of the DOTS programme,” said Marketing Manager Bibi Fletcher.
The soups will be given to all patients during the first two months, deemed the most important of their medicinal treatment.
