At the IMG Academy in Florida, USA, it was the second successive defeat for the Guyanese girls, having played to an inspiring 3-1 defeat, suffered at the ‘feet’ of St Lucia.

Guyana will play their final Group E game today against Bahamas in the Division 2 classification of the tournament.

Guyana’s squad consists of both international and Guyana-based players, including two goalkeepers, six defenders, five midfielders and five forwards.

The internationally-based players were selected following the hosting of Talent Identification Camps in the United States and Canada.
