A WOMAN appeared in court yesterday, facing three charges of malicious damage to property, assault and using threatening language.
Jenny Mayer, 29, of Lot 1 East Ruimveldt, Georgetown, pleaded not guilty before Magistrate Sueanna Lovell and was placed on $65,000 bail.
The allegations against the defendant are that, last August 9, she damaged one cell phone valued $28,000 property of Bob Spencer, unlawfully assaulted Latoya Smart and made use of threats to Vanessa Williams.
The cases were put off to November 21 but, in the meantime, an arrest warrant was issued for Spencer who was also charged but failed to make an appearance.
