Wounding, malicious damage cases also transferred

FREDERICK Henricks, 45, of Lot 206 ‘C’ Field, Sophia, appeared before Magistrate Hazel Octive-Hamilton on Thursday, charged with unlawful wounding and malicious damage to property. He pleaded not guilty to both charges, admitting that on August 3, on Croal Street, also in Georgetown, he unlawfully wounded Bernard Culley and maliciously damaged a pair of spectacles valued $26,000 belonging to the same man.
Henricks was ordered to post $50,000 bail and the cases were transferred to another court for October 17.
