A 14-YEAR-OLD student of an Essequibo Secondary School was on Monday remanded to the Sophia Holding Centre after he pleaded guilty to a felony charge.

He made an appearance before Magistrate Esther Sam at the Charity Magistrate’s court.
It is alleged that on April 4, last, he broke into the dwelling place of Shanesa Higgins with the intention of committing felony.

The magistrate ordered that a probation report be presented to the court on April 16, before she passes sentence.
