A DRIVER is assisting the police after a motorcyclist lost control and crashed into his parked motor car PDD 4714 on the Wallers De Light Public Road, West Coast Demerara (WCD) Sunday night.

The 31-year-old motor cyclist rode into the rear of the stationary vehicle and was picked up in an unconscious condition and taken to the West Demerara Regional Hospital and later transferred to the Georgetown Public Hospital, where he remains in a stable condition.

Enquiries revealed that motorcyclist, Cappel Deo, of 408 Crane Housing Scheme, WCD, was proceeding west along the southern carriageway of the road on his motor cycle CD 4517 about 19:00hrs when he allegedly lost control and collided into the back of the motor car, which was parked on the southern corner of the road.
